25 April LUNCH HOUR with NATURE I thought it was past time to post a new entry. I have been working and have had little if no time to do so. This past Tuesday was a double shift at work and it was a most gorgeous day out. I decided not only to get away for lunch, but to get outside and forget about the second shift I would be working. I headed to the nearby Park and got lost in the sights and sounds of Mother Nature for an hour. Needless to say....I returned to work rejuvenated and smiling. I hope you all enjoy my walk as much as I did.
